weHivv Terms of Service

By accessing or using weHivv you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree you may not use the platform.

weHivv is a patient growth and support platform for functional wellness and med-spa practices. We provide AI-powered marketing, automated patient journeys, and multi-channel communications tools.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for:

• All content published through weHivv
• Compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws including HIPAA
• Obtaining proper consent from patients before adding them to Comms sequences
• Accuracy of patient information imported into the platform

You may not use weHivv to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share access credentials with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

• Subscription fees are billed monthly via Paddle
• Add-on usage fees are billed based on actual usage at the end of each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends you will be asked to select a plan to continue using weHivv.

weHivv and its content, features, and functionality are owned by weHivv Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using the platform.

Your use of weHivv is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

For practices subject to HIPAA, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available upon request. Contact privacy@wehivv.com.

weHivv is currently working toward SOC 2 Type 2 certification. We employ industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging to protect your data.

weHivv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Billing & Plan.

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.
